As a component of Bone Marrow Transplant Protocol few cases will warrant Low Dose Radiotherapy ranging from 2Gy single fraction to 13-14Gy in multiple fractions with lung shield.

Few special cases will require Thymic shielding in Pediatric Bone Marrow transplant.

Total Body radiotherapy is treating the whole body with Radiotherapy in a single or multiple sittings
